Four cities down, four more to go — and the 2026 Tap Cancer Out Spring Tour is already making a massive impact in the fight against cancer.
Across Atlanta, Fairfield, Baltimore, and Charlotte, the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community has come together to raise an incredible $574,100 for Tap Cancer Out beneficiaries. From first-time fundraisers to longtime supporters reaching major lifetime milestones, every stop on this tour has been a reminder of what makes this community so special: people showing up for one another on and off the mats.
Atlanta, GA – $80,500 Raised
The Spring Tour kicked off in Atlanta, where the local BJJ community raised an impressive $80,500 for our beneficiaries.
One of the biggest highlights of the weekend came from Liliana Firestine of Team Firestine, who raised an incredible $10,000. Her efforts earned her the titles of Top Youth Fundraiser, Overall Top Fundraiser, and helped Team Firestine secure the Top Fundraising Team award. As an added milestone, Liliana also earned her spot at the 2027 TCOasis.
Fairfield, CT – $211,100 Raised
Next, the tour headed to Fairfield, Connecticut, where the community delivered one of the biggest fundraising totals of the season so far — an incredible $211,100 raised.
The weekend featured several standout fundraising performances, including the Jacovino Brothers from Technique BJJ, who raised $15,475, bringing their lifetime fundraising total to $44,864. Their efforts earned them the Overall Top Fundraiser trophy.
Anthony Muoio from Black Wolf Martial Arts raised $13,626, bringing his lifetime fundraising total to $53,362, and earned the title of Top Youth Fundraiser.
On the team side, Technique BJJ raised an incredible $30,630 with support from their community, increasing their lifetime fundraising total to $82,217 and taking home the Top Overall Team Fundraiser trophy.
Baltimore, MD – $166,200 Raised
The momentum continued in Baltimore, where competitors and supporters came together to raise $166,200 for Tap Cancer Out beneficiaries.
Logan Lehner from Bel Air BJJ raised $6,650, bringing her lifetime total to $8,972, and earned the title of Overall Top Fundraiser.
Mahima Rawal from Ground Control BJJ raised $5,845, increasing her lifetime fundraising total to $13,316, and earned the Top Youth Fundraiser award.
Meanwhile, Rosendo Dias Team raised an incredible $26,064, surpassing $35,000 in lifetime fundraising and earning the Top Overall Team Fundraiser trophy.
Charlotte, NC – $116,300 Raised
Most recently, the Spring Tour stopped in Charlotte, where nearly 200 fundraisers helped raise an incredible $116,300.
Leading the way was Grey Jennings from Top Martial Arts, who raised $10,073 and earned both the Overall Top Fundraiser and Top Youth Fundraiser honors.
The team award went to Top Martial Arts (Pineville, NC), where 37 fundraisers combined efforts to raise an outstanding $20,509 for the fight against cancer.
The Tour Continues
The first half of the 2026 Spring Tour has already shown the incredible power of the BJJ community. Every registration, donation, fundraiser, volunteer, and match contributes directly to helping those affected by cancer.
