On the surface, BJJ is a martial art. But at its core, BJJ is much more. We bump fists before we berimbolo, learn as we lasso sweep, and forge friendships as we foot lock.
Tap Cancer Out was born as a way to show the world that jiu-jitsu is more than just fighting – it’s a family – one that’s dedicated to changing the world by taking the fight to cancer.
For seven years, Tap Cancer Out has hosted the most philanthropic BJJ tournaments in the world, with a commitment to making sure they’re well-run, fun, and of course, impactful in the fight against cancer. These events have brought us to a number of states, but it’s a big country, and there are grapplers in every corner. What better way to meet you all than to take this show on the road?
Thus, the Grappling for Good Tour was born.
The Grappling for Good Tour will bring our innovative tournaments to seven cities this September and October, giving BJJ competitors that may have never have had the opportunity to fight for those in the fight of their lives. Our competitors can pay an entry fee or, for those who want to make the biggest impact, fundraise on behalf of Tap Cancer Out and our beneficiary and earn perks like free entry, merchandise, and lots more.
We’ve got lofty goals too: The Grappling for Good Tour aims to raise $400,000 in support of our beneficiary, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. But we can’t do it without you. So find the event nearest to you and please join us!
