San Diego – 20

On February 1, 2020, we visited sunny San Diego for our second tournament of 2020. And boy, they did not disappoint!

Mark Pellon (Alliance) took home the Top Overall Fundraiser Award, having raised an impressive $6,285. Our Top Children’s Fundraiser was Anna Poor (The Stronghold), having raised $2.912 this year. Anna has raised $7,641 in her lifetime and this is her third straight Top Children’s Fundraiser award in San Diego! Congrats to Mark and Anna!

Our Top Fundraising Team this year was the Jiu Jitsu Foundation, raising an amazing $15,428 from their 25 team members. They are currently our second highest San Diego fundraising team! We want to give honorable mention to Stronghold for raising $12,833, bringing their lifetime total to more than $48,000!!

Ultimately 279 transacting fundraisers and 2,195 generous donors helped us raise more than $123,183 in direct donations. In total, the tournament raised more than $154,000. We’ll see you next year San Diego!!
