No. You'll simply pay a registration fee when you arrive at the tournament. This fee amount will vary:
For those who choose a Fundraising Ticket but have NO fundraising activity ($0), you will owe the highest Standard Registration rate.
For those who choose a Fundraising Ticket and have AT LEAST one donation, you will owe whatever the registration rate was on the day you registered.
If you are not far from $250, then you might be better off donating the difference to your page than paying a full registration fee.
