Tap Cancer Out Nationwide “Pulls for a Purpose” Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Tap Cancer Out, a nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3), with a principal place of business in Indian Land, South Carolina.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
Void where prohibited, including but not limited to South Carolina and any jurisdiction where sweepstakes are restricted.
Employees, officers, and directors of Tap Cancer Out and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Begins on January 1st, 2026 and ends on October 5th, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Drawing will take place a a future date to be determined, no earlier than October 5th, 2026.
4. How to Enter
A. Donation Entry Method
Participants may make a voluntary donation to Tap Cancer Out on the specified URL – https://wecan.tapcancerout.org/fundraiser/7011538. For each donation, entrants will receive entry credits (“Entries”) that may be allocated to one or more prize pools (“Prize Lots”) as selected by the entrant.
Each Prize Lot has a designated Entry Cost. An example of this is as follows:
Lot A: 1 Entry per $100 donated
Lot B: 1 Entry per $10 donated
Example: A $200 donation may be allocated as:
1 Entry to Lot A ($100 equivalent)
10 Entries to Lot B ($100 equivalent)
Entrants must specify allocation at time of entry in the NOTES section of their donation. If no allocation is specified, Sponsor will assign entries at its discretion.
All entries are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
B. Free Method of Entry (AMOE)
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
To enter without making a donation, individuals may submit a mail-in entry as follows:
Handprint name, address, email, phone number, and desired Prize Lot allocation on a 3×5 card
Mail in a stamped envelope to: TAP CANCER OUT, PO Box 551, Fort Mill, SC 29715
Must be postmarked and received by Wednesday, September 30th, 2026.
Each valid mail-in request will receive Entries equivalent to the donation method, based on the entrant’s requested Prize Lot allocation.
Limit: 1 free entry per person, per prize lot.
Once a donation is made and the prize lot distribution has been selected, no further changes can be made to the entrant’s selections. Additional donation(s) must be made to enter to win future Prize Lots.
5. Prize Lots & Drawing
Each Prize Lot represents a separate random drawing.
Entries apply only to the selected Prize Lot
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received for that Lot
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within each Prize Lot.
Winner selection will be Live-Streamed.
6. Prizes
Prizes will be added on a continual basis. Once a prize lot has been defined, it will not change.
Prizes will NOT be listed until the are in the possession of Tap Cancer Out. A photograph will accompany all prize lots.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Prize Donors MAY only enter to win Prize Lots they did not donate themselves.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of drawing.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Tap Cancer Out will cover all shipping costs of the prizes. Tap Cancer Out is NOT responsible for damages to the prizes after the prize has left Tap Cancer Out’s possession and will not replace prizes damaged in transit.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 if required.
Prize Donors will receive a donation acknowledgement letter, but said letter will not have a value assigned to the prize.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules
- Allow Sponsor to use name and likeness for promotional purposes (where legal)
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary.
10. Compliance
This Sweepstakes is intended to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
This promotion is a sweepstakes and is not a raffle, lottery, or gambling activity.
11. Privacy
Information collected will be used in accordance with Tap Cancer Out’s privacy policy.
12. Winner List
Winner list will be posted on the Tap Cancer Out website within 7 days of the drawing.
