What is the format / What are the rules of the TCO Charity Golf Classic?
Scramble tournament w/ shotgun start at 10:00am. All 4 tee off, choose best shot, and repeat. Further rules provided on the day. Mulligans available for purchase.
What happens if one, more, or all of our players can't make the golf tournament?
You can change players until one week prior. If the whole team withdraws, you are still responsible for the $800 fundraising minimum to earn perks.
What happens if we don't exceed the $800 fundraising minimum?
You'll owe the difference at check-in. For example, if you raised $750, you owe $50. If $0 raised, you owe the full $800.
What is the registration / greens fee for the TCO Charity Golf Classic?
Fees are $800 per foursome. Can be paid upfront or fundraised ($200 per player). Includes scramble golf, lunch, dinner, drinks, and raffles.

Can a donation be refunded?

My child is EXTREMELY light/small for their age group. What do I do?
If they are 10+ lbs lighter than expected, contact us. We'll make a note for the Bracketing Team to address it on the day of the tournament after weigh-ins.
I Have a Youth (under 16) competitor who is already a Blue Belt. What do I do?
They can register for Adult Blue Belt if they are 15. If younger or preferred otherwise, contact us for case-by-case handling (they cannot compete in Teen Colored Belt divisions).
Transgender Athlete Policy
